Who is Christian Siriano?
Renowned CFDA designer Christian Siriano has made a significant impact in the fashion industry since he launched his namesake collection in 2008, after honing his skills in London under the tutelage of fashion icons Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen. His creations have graced the wardrobes of some of the most prominent figures today, including current First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, former First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Kamala Harris, and celebrities like Angelina Jolie, Oprah, Zendaya, Ariana Grande, Julianne Moore, Lady Gaga, Tiffany Haddish, Billy Porter, Cardi B, Whoopi Goldberg, Julia Roberts, and Jennifer Coolidge, among others.
Recently marking the 15th anniversary of his brand, the Siriano design studio continues to
champion beauty and diversity in the dynamic world of fashion. This commitment has led to his work being featured in numerous esteemed museum exhibitions, including his inaugural solo retrospective titled "Christian Siriano: People Are People" at SCAD in Savannah and Atlanta, as well as at The Memphis Brooks Museum of Art.

He has also contributed to Kensington Palace's largest exhibition, "Crown to Couture," the "Fashioning Masculinities: The Art of Menswear" exhibition at the V&A, "Grit to Glamour" at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and The MET Costume Institute, where he made history by having three distinct looks showcased in the 2021 exhibit "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion." In recognition of his influential role in promoting body diversity on the runway and red carpet, Christian was named one of Time's 100 Most Influential People in 2018, featured in Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in 2015, and became the youngest individual to be included in Crain's "40 Under 40" list at just 24 years old.
In addition to his successful fashion empire, Christian has taken on the roles of host and mentor for Bravo's popular show "Project Runway." He has also made a name for himself as a best-selling author with titles like "Dresses to Dream About" and its Deluxe Edition, as well as an interior designer with his venture, Siriano Interiors. This past Spring marked the debut of his second furniture collection, and this Fall, he is set to unveil a new book titled "CHRISTIAN SIRIANO: THE NEW RED CARPET."
