Recently, customers on a flight from Dallas Love Field to Burbank had a blast during a Surprise & Delight celebration. Southwest employees hosted FRIENDS-themed trivia both at the gate and on board, with prizes including commemorative coffee table books and Warner Bros. Studio tours.
