The Pepsi Dig In Restaurant Royalty Residency is back for its third year at MGM Resorts International's Mandalay Bay and Luxor in Las Vegas. This year’s residency features six new exclusive dishes from restaurants and concepts from across the country: Slutty Vegan, Q1227, Taco Mell, Sienna Wings, NYAM and Vyoone's.
Pepsi Dig In, a platform dedicated to supporting underserved restaurants, has announced the launch of its third annual Restaurant Royalty Residency in Las Vegas. Starting September 21, guests at MGM Resorts International's Fan District at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and Luxor Hotel & Casino will be treated to six new exclusive dishes and four crafted cocktails, showcasing culinary talent from across the country.

The Pepsi Dig In Restaurant Royalty Residency kicks off on September 21 with Slutty Vegan's plant-based Fussy Hussy burger, CEO and Founder Pinky Cole Hayes’s signature dish that has fans lining up everywhere it debuts.
Alongside Slutty Vegan's offerings, guests can enjoy Bourbon Chicken Lollipops from Q1227, helmed by Chef Q Bennett, who was voted the top restaurant in Pepsi Dig In’s Restaurant Royalty program this year. Chef Bennett expressed his excitement, stating, “Las Vegas is a culinary destination where people go to taste the best of the best. It’s an honor to be bringing Slutty Vegan's iconic burger to Las Vegas for the first time.”
Available alongside Slutty Vegan's signature burger starting September 21, Chef Q Bennett of Q1227 will serve Bourbon Chicken Lollipops. Q1227 was voted and crowned this year’s top Pepsi Dig In Restaurant Royal, winning a residency spot in Las Vegas.
The residency will feature each restaurant for four-week spans, starting with Slutty Vegan from September 21 to October 18. Following this, Taco Mell, known for its unique take on Mexican dishes, will present carne asada steak and chicken quesadillas from October 19 to November 15. Sienna Wings will showcase its renowned Lemon Pepper Wings from November 16 to December 13, while NYAM, led by Chef Brittney "Stikxz" Williams, will serve duck breast bossam from December 14 to January 10, 2025. The residency will conclude with Vyoone's, offering crawfish beignets from January 11 to February 7, 2025.
In addition to the culinary delights, master mixologist Tiffanie Barriere will craft a selection of cocktails featuring Pepsi-Cola beverages, including the PEPSI® Wild Cherry Margarita and the Smoky PEPSI® Old Fashioned.

To celebrate each participating restaurant, visitors to their original locations during their residency will receive a free PEPSI® Zero Sugar while supplies last. Additionally, foodies can enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a Las Vegas getaway by sharing their favorite hometown dish on Instagram.
